EDGAR Next Enrollment Period Ending Soon

The final deadline to enroll in EDGAR Next is December 19th, 2025. Filers have until 10 p.m. ET to enroll.  After this date, filers who have not enrolled will not be able to file or access their EDGAR accounts. In order to regain access to any existing EDGAR accounts, a Form ID will be required to be submitted. Upon submission, the SEC will need to manually review all Form ID submissions, and the process can take more than 48 hours for the SEC to review.

To avoid disruptions in filings, all filers should enroll by Dec. 19, 2025.

Key reminders when enrolling in EDGAR Next:

  • Filers should ensure they have their current CCC and passphrase prepared, as these are required for enrollment.
  • Filers should also ensure they have access to the email currently listed as their EDGAR Point of Contact, in the event a passphrase or CCC needs to be reset.
  • Filers who miss the enrollment period must submit an amended Form ID application to the SEC staff to regain access to EDGAR.  Form ID Application for EDGAR Access is available on the dashboard of the EDGAR Filer Management website.
