Danielle coordinates with multiple levels of leadership to identify goals, assess strategies and execute plans on behalf of the FilePoint team. While most people like to have a Plan B, Danielle is a strong believer that every backup plan deserves a backup plan. It’s this capacity for thinking 12 steps ahead that also plays into her ability to create paths for growth within the team, in order to scale the company. When she’s not acting as the resident mastermind at FilePoint, Danielle spends her seemingly endless energy split between her husband, her dog, and any strategic game she can get her hands on, board, card or otherwise.
