OEF 2025 Taxonomy Transition

Beginning June 2025, FilePoint will be transitioning to the OEF 2025 taxonomy for all N-CSR and registration statement filings in an effort to stay current with the SEC’s latest taxonomy. The SEC staff recommends filers use the most recent version of the relevant taxonomy for filings containing iXBRL to take advantage of the most up-to-date tags that are available. With this update, there will be a few changes in the rendering of some iXBRL tags going forward.  This rendering can be found by clicking the “Interactive Data” button on the row for the specific filing on the filer’s individual SEC filing page. Some notable changes that will be visible in the rendering include:

  • Formatted tables will no longer appear in the rendered iXBRL proof.
  • The annual total returns table no longer tags values using fixed year tags (ex. AnnualReturn2015, AnnualReturn2016 etc.). Each value is now tagged using AnnlRtrPct with the period it covers defined within the tag.
  • The average annual total returns table no longer tags values using fixed year tags (ex. AverageAnnualReturnYear01, AverageAnnualReturnYear05 and AverageAnnualReturnYear10). Each value is now tagged using AvgAnnlRtrPct with the period it covers defined within the tag.

Please note, the changes above will not impact the inline view or affect the ordering or presentation of the HTML version that is submitted. These changes will only be visible in the rendered iXBRL proof when viewing the “Interactive Data” on the SEC filing’s page.
