EDGAR Next: The Countdown is On
September 2, 2025
In less than one month, all EDGAR filers must be enrolled in EDGAR Next to avoid interruptions when filing. Here are a few key reminders as we approach the compliance date on September 15th:
- If a filer has not enrolled or been granted access by the amended Form ID by Friday, September 12th, they will be unable to file until enrollment has been completed.
- Filers should ensure they have their current CCC and passphrase ready as these are required for enrollment.
- Filers should also ensure they have access to the email currently listed as their EDGAR Point of Contact, in the event a passphrase or CCC needs to be reset.
- Unenrolled filers will be unable to change their EDGAR POC after 10 PM on September 12, 2025. A passphrase or CCC update will require access to the email currently listed as the EDGAR POC.
