EDGAR Next Custom Support

Starting September 15, 2025, compliance with all EDGAR Next rule and form amendments is required in order to submit filings. Login.gov credentials will be required to access the new EDGAR Filer Management website, and a single set of credentials will no longer suffice to access their EDGAR account.

FilePoint offers full-service support for filers who need to transition to EDGAR Next, from enrollment to serving as an account administrator. As an alternative to the full-service support, we are also offering each of these services individually for organizations who are only looking to off-load certain aspects of the transition.

Full-Service Support:

With this option, FilePoint will manage all aspects of the transition to EDGAR Next, including:

  • Enrollment: FilePoint will enroll your organization on your behalf on any date between June 30, 2025 and September 12, 2025. If you prefer to enroll before June 30, please let us know and we are happy to accommodate. We are allotting this enrollment window in connection with other filing deadlines.
  • Delegation of Filing Authority: FilePoint will send a delegation request to your organization following your enrollment date. An account administrator for your organization will need to accept our delegation request on the dashboard within 2 weeks. This will allow FilePoint to continue filing on your behalf without interruption.
  • Account Administrator: FilePoint will serve as one of your account administrators and perform the annual confirmation on September 30 each year. As an account administrator, FilePoint can also assist with updating series/class and company information, among other actions limited to the account administrator role.

You may also select any of our add-on services if there are certain aspects of the transition to EDGAR Next that you would prefer to handle on your own. These include:

  • Enrollment: FilePoint will enroll your organization on your behalf on your preferred date of enrollment.
  • Delegation of Filing Authority: FilePoint will send a delegation request to your organization following your preferred enrollment date.
  • Account Administrator: FilePoint will serve as one of your account administrators and perform the annual confirmation on your preferred date.
