Emily Ryan joined FilePoint in 2015 with a degree in Informational Graphics and Publication Design. Since then, she’s worked her way to director of operations. In addition to supporting the development and execution of new growth strategies, Emily defines, implements and revises operational policies and guidelines for the organization. She also oversees assessing and executing on hiring needs as well as coordinating with the IT department and business lines to ensure all needs are met for networking resources, disaster recovery plans, and data and cyber-security practices. As one of six children from a very tight-knit family, Emily’s ability to keep her cool in the midst of chaos seems to come naturally. It also comes in handy with her husband and two kids.
