Frank founded FilePoint in 2007 with the goal of simplifying SEC filings through high-quality customer service and tailored, automated technology. Under Frank’s leadership, FilePoint has grown from a small, traditional financial printer to a regulatory tech company that provides full-service regulatory disclosure solutions to clients in the financial industry. Frank has worked in the financial services industry since 1995, and specializes in data security and financial technology, financial reporting and accounting for pooled vehicles, and compliance with Investment Company Act rules. In his free time, Frank enjoys spending time with his wife and three children or playing the drums in his band.
