After graduating from architecture school, Stephanie Tracey joined FilePoint in 2009 as one of the first few employees—and has been here ever since. “I know it’s cliché,” she says, “but ‘work hard and be nice to people.’ I really believe that.” Over the years, Stephanie has held a number of positions, starting with performing typesetting and SEC filings, and eventually was promoted to COO and then CEO in 2022. From writing the first employee training manual to building out the right team to support their growth or improving operations, if FilePoint has it or does it, Stephanie was likely integral to making it happen. She has an innate drive to be the best along with a keen understanding of the importance of everyone’s role in contributing to the company’s success as a whole. When she’s not acutely focused on staying ahead of new regulatory requirements, you can find Stephanie enjoying time at home with her husband and three young boys or out on a run.
