The SEC released an announcement on February 7, 2025, that Fedwire Funds services will transition to the ISO 20022 message format starting on March 10, 2025. The current Fedwire Application Interface Manual (FAIM) will no longer be accepted after March 9, 2025.
You can find the Fedwire payment information, including instructions for filing fee registrations on SEC.gov. Updated instructions with the implementation of a new format will also be listed there.
