Updates to Fee-Related EDGAR Filings

The SEC announced on March 14, 2025, that fee-related filings submitted after 5:30 p.m. ET but before 10:00 p.m. ET will be accepted the same day starting April 14, 2025, provided they pass the necessary validation tests. The filing date will fall on the following business day, even though the submissions will be accepted on the same day. This modification does not apply to the following submission types:

• N-14MEF
• N-2MEF
• S-11MEF
• S-1MEF
• S-3MEF
• S-4MEF
• S-BMEF
